Technical Product Manager - PIM System (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

• You spearhead the (post-)selection, implementation and ongoing development of our Product Information Management System (PIM) across our HSH Chemie Group by strategic vision and hands-on execution (no software development included)
• Thereby, you collaborate closely with our Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and IT departments in Central and Eastern Europe to identify their requirements for the PIM, find technical solutions and ensure the data quality, consistency, accuracy as well as actuality
• Furthermore, you analyze and optimize data flows and processes
• Additionally, you develop and implement processes for data maintenance and management while ensuring compliance with data standards and policies
• Therefore, you conceptualize and conduct trainings for the different user groups
• You assist in the integration of the PIM system with other company systems (e.g., ERP, CMS)

Your profile

• Ideally, you have successfully completed your studies with a focus on Business Informatics, Business Administration, Project Management, Informatics or a comparable qualification
• You are experienced in the development and optimization of systems including the consolidation of data and creation of workflows, preferably by developing a PIM or data management system
• Additionally, you demonstrated your ability to manage complex projects, balancing multiple priorities, collaborating with cross-functional multinational teams, aligning stakeholders across the organization, setting milestones and meeting deadlines
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization
• Having an interest in chemical raw materials will make you settle in with ease and confidence
• You have very good communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders verbally as well as written in German and English
