Sales Manager Personal & Home Care (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Managing supplier relationships, expanding the portfolio and setting targets for new business development
  • Implementing strategies for profitable sales growth
  • Managing and developing customers both commercially and technically through regular contact
  • Creating detailed market overviews and customer databases
  • Identifying new and promising raw materials and product applications
  • Development and realization of future sales opportunities
  • Identifying new markets and monitoring market developments
  • By bringing in new perspectives and constantly questioning the status quo, you will help to create new business opportunities in the above-mentioned areas

Your profile

  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in raw material sales
  • Academic certification as a chemical engineer or commercial education with technical capabilities strongly preferred
  • Business-fluent English, Russian and Latvian speaker with excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Proven deal closer and a strong negotiator
  • Sales and service oriented, analytical, and entrepreneurial thinking, structured, and independent way of working
  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas, both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • Category B driving license

We offer a monthly salary of 2.200 EUR during probationary period and 2.800 EUR/month after probationary period before taxes (gross) with a motivational bonus system, the salary depends on the employee's results and work experience
