Due to worsening the situation in Ukraine for the last hours, including Kyiv, as well as due to the imposition of martial law on the territory of Ukraine, starting from 24.02.2022 inclusive for unlimited period of time, we report the occurrence of force majeure for our Ukrainian Affiliate
